Best price with Good Dependable Service
We hired Wertz to transport a large conference group to a dinner event in downtown Philly, followed by a brief stop to LOVE Park. The back office team made the paperwork rather simple for our booking, and they were helpful with answering questions about the 56 passenger bus. Wertz buses are plain white, clean, and appear to be in very good condition. According to Wertz, they do a lot of contract work for the military, so the buses are unmarked and safety is paramount to them. Our driver was always on time for all pickups and stops. It was a real plus to have a microphone/PA system on the bus so we could talk to our group while in transit. Driver was very professional, although could've maybe been a bit more friendly and personable (my only slightly minor constructive criticism).
Easy trip
We rented a school bus to transport a bunch of kids from our synagogue to the party for my son's Bar Mitzvah. It was only a 10 minute trip, so can't really comment on much, but the bus arrived exactly on time and it was clean and servicable.
Phone staff were helpful and nice in making and confirming the arrangements.
Would use again
On time reliable. Driver very accommodating. Would use there service again. Price was very reasonable!
Soccer Trip to Pittsburgh
The trip was fine. We did miss our exit off the turnpike going up but the driver had GPS so he was able to get us back on track and only 15 minutes behind schedule.
Unprofessional
We booked Wertz for one of our school groups and the end result left us having to hire another company due to bus breakdown issues. They contacted OUR client and informed the teacher of the breakdown the day prior to departure, that is a HUGE no no. They did not offer suitable replacement for this school group. Our client at that point did not feel safe nor secure to have them as a bus company. I would not recommend using this company!
