Coastal Coach LLC

Our group contracted for a Philadelphia/Wilmington area 4 day trip. Unfortunately the driver they sent was 81 years old and could not adequately handle the luggage, especially on the day we had a mini-coach transfer to the airport. A mini-coach is a bit harder to stow luggage in--it has to be lifted up, sometimes above the head.) He also got lost several times (despite having a GPS), which seriously impacted our itinerary which had tight timing on some days. He said he was doing the trip as a favor for the friend who owned the company. The driver was a very nice man, but we would definitely not want to travel with him again and we would recommend others do not as well. Our travelers actually thought it was unsafe to be in the coach at times.

I called the company to tell them this privately and spare the driver's feelings, but there has been no return call in almost a week. Sorry to have to post this, but do insist on a safe and capable driver if you contract with this company (don't know how you can ensure that, though). The equipment was fine.

I paid 895.00 on my cc to coastal coach tours for a day trip to baltimore camden yards. The bus broke down before it ever reached us! The driver ron (very nice) said he called the owner which was his son but received no responce. So me and 25 of my freinds were stuck without a ride or an answer. I called coastal coachLLC/brennan tours 6/3/2013 to ask them to credit my card and compensate me for the inconvenance but have not received a call yet. I would not recommend this company to anybody! Very unprofessional.

Our first time to use The Coastal Coach company. The drivers Kenny and Brian are nice and professional. Unlike other drivers from another company, they drove carefully and made us feel comfortable. They were there on time and would not charge extra money for getting back home late within an hour. The price is also reasonable. We would highly recommend to use it this company for the next trip again.

The driver was early and very friendly. Captain Ron called the day before to confirm the destination and time periods included with the trip. I would def recommend captain Ron with coastal coach and plan to use this company for my future endeavors.

While our driver, Brian, was most profesional, pleasant, knowledgable, and one I would love to have again the bus itself was disappointing in that the air stop working, the DVD screen was broke and the tolet did not flush.
I have several more trips plan and I don't know if I will try Coastal Coach or recommend them with out sharing this information.
