United Coach Tours Charter Bus Services

I can not say enough good things about United Charter. I have over 15 years experience managing bus transportation for a large religious organization. Pre-covid, we had a national tour from the west to the east coast every summer, requining up to seven full sized buses. This year we needed eight.

After a lot of research, I settled on United Charter. I’m glad I did. Their quote was fair and competivite to others I received and their customer service was excellent (thank you, Winne!), very responsive, and timely. The bus drivers were also excellent, friendly, and helpful. One went out of his way to return a forgotten item left on the bus.

Next Summer, I will not have to do research because I will definitely use United Charter again.

United Coach Tours was easy to work with and communicative on the administrative side. Our driver was punctual and an effective operator. I will definitely reach out to UCT for busing needs in the future.

Simple, easy, affordable company to deal with. Larry was awesome, accommodated some last minute changes. Drivers were skillful.

Prices were reasonable. Bus was fine. Driver got us to our destination.

Larry helped coordinate our booking. He was very quick to answer all our questions.

While the bus was clean, the driver Zhou was unfriendly and a rough driver (the ride was extremely jerky, both on curves and straight-away). The driver also spent much of the trip talking on his phone (granted, hands-free). Our 49 passengers included youth (ages 7-14 years) and 2 chaperones. Half of the kids got sick and vomited and most everyone looked sick as they were tossed from side-to-side and forward and back from his hard braking (our request that he drive more slowly was ignored). In a couple of instances the driver slammed on the brakes, causing kids to fall out of their seats. To top things off, at the end of our trip the driver (never saying a word) swept napkins, vomit bags, plastic water bottles and personal possessions onto the street where we parked. As I frantically picked up the trash from the roadway, the driver backed up, then drove around me and over the trash. After complaining to United Tours we received a $100 refund but due to these concerns have cancelled our next trip with them.
