Large high school group
Union Express is one of the best motor coach companies I have worked with. They are one of the few San Francisco companies with 60 passenger coaches. Our coach was very comfortable and well kept. Our driver, Xzen, was always on time and was an expert at navigating San Francisco and getting the large coach into small places. Tom, the owner, was very easy to work with even when I needed to make several changes in the itinerary. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend the company!
Excellent service
On time and they got us their efficiently! We had a group of 15 and then 25 VIPs and no complaints. Rates were very competitive with the market. I will use them again. I would recommend to everyone!
Great trip to baseball game!
A small problem in communication, but otherwise it was a great trip. The bus was right on time, clean and comfortable. The driver followed his GPS from Walnut Creek to the Cal Baseball Stadium in Berkeley, taking a direct but slow and congested route. On the way back, he willingly took suggestions from passengers for a quicker, but slightly longer route. We would definitely use this company again. Thanks, Tom

Good experience
It started really good. The customer service was nice and responsive. Then as things got more complicated, the guy didn't respond very quickly so I had to call to confirm and ask him how to proceed.
I wasn't sure how it would turned out on the day until I met the driver. He was really nice and easy to work with.
I wasn't the one who pay the tips but if I was I would tip the driver more than they asked.
All in all, it was a good experience. I will come back for future services.
