Precious Cargo Trailways

Precious Cargo was wonderful. They were very accommodating as we worked through having to downsize into a lower capacity bus. The driver was friendly, fun and courteous. The only issue we had was a short in the interior lights. Otherwise, it was a good trip. My organization would use them again.

I used Precious Cargo for a simple trip a few miles up the road for an organization's event. I gave them the specifics of what we needed, including a shuttle to go back to the original spot to get the rest of the people since the first trip did not fit everyone. However, they didn't go back to the spot and were giving a lot of attitude when asked where they were and asked them to do the second trip like it was stated in the itinerary. I will not be using Precious Cargo again. They were very rude and did not follow what was stated on the itinerary.

Our group travels every labor day weekend by charter, we are a seasoned crew....this was the first time I tried using Precious Cargo. Bus was very clean, on time, driver (Donna) was AWESOME. Very friendly to all of us. A great bus driver can make or break your trip. Incredible experience all around, well done Precious Cargo! Not one thing went wrong. German Family Society of Akron.

Our Driver was Donna! She was amazing. She interacted with the kids and encou r aged them to wave at truckers along the way so the truckers would blow their horns. She was funny, she was informative, and most of all, patient. There was about 52 of us going to Orlando. She also had fun hair (purple)! She drove us from south carolina to Orlando and back to south carolina to change drivers. We didn't want to let her go!

I was very late in requesting service and the Precious Cargo staff scrambled to meet our association's needs. Although we had three different drivers for our three days of local shuttle services, each was a delight! The company more than met my expectations across all areas from their office responsiveness to the quality of the equipment and pleasant drivers. I would certainly use them again if I needed service in the Cleveland area.
