Thank you for providing such excellent service for Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc. and our needs for a van to get back and forth to the State House from Lawrence. Everything was perfect. The van was clean and comfortable, and the ride was quiet, quick, and efficient. Most importantly the driver was Joe Bordonaro and he was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly, and from the moment we stepped on the van we felt cared for and welcome.
We will seek your help again when we make our trip to the State House next year. Hopefully Joe will be our driver again, as he feels a big part of our success and productivity that day. Please let Joe know how much we appreciate how well he took care of us.
