Bus trip from Buffalo to Syracuse
The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was accommodating and pleasant. There was a little bit of miscommunication between what the bus company told their driver and what they told me, but it did not affect the trip. The driver was on time and got us to our destination safely.
Fitzgerald Brothers Bus Tours
Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had to deal with in my event planning experience. Company has a payment deadline, and as we thought we were paid in full, I was surprised when the bus driver presented me with an outstanding balance due the morning of our trip and was told she couldn't take a credit card. Why would the company not have called me ahead of time to take care of this? Bus driver proceeded to become quite belligerent and rude, making embarrassing statements in front of my guests. She went on to call her boss in front of me and speak quite insultingly of a client. Extremely unprofessional. Not only will I never use this company again, but I will never recommend them either.

Amazing time!
We recently used FitzGerald Brothers & FL Wine Tours for Bachelorette party on Cayuga lake. We had an absolute blast! Their team was great from the start, they reached out with pre-planned itineraries to help us figure out our day and were very communicative through the process. Our driver, John, was amazing! He arrived 15 minutes early, was very friendly and provided a great experience on the trolley through the day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with your company. We all can't wait to come back again! Thank you so much!
