We hired Empire coaches for four separate trips in five days. Three out of four were the best we’ve ever hired. The three drivers called twenty before arriving, bonded with our group and went above and beyond our needs. The 4th driver has a bus with Premier on the side and he and his bus reeked of smoke. He was rude to our leaders and our kids. He had rules none of the other buses had and threatened to have us fined for ridiculous reasons. What in the world?? We would definitely use Empire again but the premier guy would be a deal breake if we had him again

We used Empire Coach Line when we took 23 youths from our church on a trip to Universal Studios. We were all very happy with our experience with this bus company. They arrived on time, the bus was very clean, the driver "Ruben" was extremely professional and courteous, and he picked us up from the theme park right on time. The rate that the bus company charged us was very reasonable and affordable in contrast to the other estimates I received from other bus companies. Overall, we will definitely use Empire Coach Line again.

I am a travel agent and sent in a request for a quote on 3/14 and then called to verify the request was received. No reply at all. my client is renting cars now.
