I had a trip going to North Carolina FOR A WEEK, the bus was amazing.. The driver was wonderful and he made the whole experience eventful. City Link was great and I look forward to working with this Company again.

Extremely unprofessional. An hour before departure. I recv'd a phone call saying the 36 passenger bus I booked needed to be serviced do I want to reschedule my trip? They lied & told me there was absolutely nothing else available. 2hrs later they offered 2 vans & wanted to charge me the same price. Their idea of compensation was allowing us to keep the bus longer, which made no sense because we left later. I never got in contact with the owner. The young ladies provided me with the wrong # for the owner. I ended up getting my deposit back & finding another bus company at the last min. I am disgusted with this company. Do not use city link corp. Their prices are low but the service is worse than terrible. They should service their buses on a reg. basis. If I could give them 1/2 of a star I would.
Great Service
Yes! She did a wonderful job, and the dancers tell me she got them back to NY in record time - very impressive for 6pm traffic. I gave her the tip in cash as well, so I'm glad that worked out for her.

No complaints!
I'm a stickler for service and have had troubles with van rentals in the past. Happy to report that I had no issues with this company. The van came right on time, the driver was well prepared and the cost was"as advertised". The representative was very accommodating with last minute changes to our itinerary too.
I would definitely use them again.

Our dance group had a trip on sept 3 2011 and the bus we had was a 24- passenger bus. The chartered bus was clean, modern and spacious. Our driver Bright was a great person to work with!! I our trip to the hudson valley was amazing thanks to city link. I recommend this company because its affordable rent prices and the buses are modern and clean!!
