We hired Brownin Tranaportation for our wedding and it was the best decision we made! Omar the driver went above and beyond to make sure me the bride was set up to walk down the aisle. Everyone that was in the bus loved him and couldn’t get over how new and nice the bus was! I would hire you guys again and will recommend you to anyone. I chartered a 40 passengers bus for my group tour from Oct 9, 2017 to Oct 15, 2017, and I was very pleased with the service! Our driver, Seewa, was absolutely stellar in his service to the group, and every member was please with his uplifting attitude and friendly seminar. I was also very satisfied with the prompt and timely response by the company when we experienced a little engine problem at the beginning of our trip. Altogether I enjoyed the facilities of the bus, it was well equipped and very clean, and will highly recommend this service.

From start to finish Brownin Transportation was helpful, responsive and timely. I was very pleased with our experience with them.

We used this company for the first and last time. We were going to a concert and game at Citifield. Most of the group, including myself, we're going for the concert and not the game. The concert started at 6pm and we contracted the bus from 4pm-12am. It started with the bus we contracted for being unavailable due to traffic and return trip from another event. Poor planning. We were gracious and said we could wait until 430 but had to be there for the concert. They then sent us a smaller bus and a van so that our group had to split up. This is not what we contracted for. When we got to the stadium we would meet up with the contracted bus. So we had to load our coolers and items twice, not fun.
We arrived at the stadium at 530 and could not find the contracted bus. The bus we were in then proceeded to hit (very lightly) a car as it made the turn. He kept going and we were then pulled over by the cops. I called the office and was told we would make the concert the other bus was there.
We finally got on the proper bus and went to find parking. The driver did not know how to get to the bus parking area and missed the entrance twice. A passenger had to take out her own GPS and guide him.
I was on the phone with the company the entire time being told that the driver said he didn't hit a car (why did the cops pull us over then) and the new driver says he is in the lot. I had to repeat we were not in the lot and I could send photos. She then told me the driver had been to Citifield many times and knew where he was going.
Needless to say we missed concert. We arrived at 637 and I was on with the company for 29 minutes without a resolution.
Upon returning to the bus we found 2 people on the bus that were not with our group. They finished their beers and handed the driver a few dollars. When we asked the driver who they were he said "how should I know who is with your group". Why were they paying him to get off the bus??
The trip was so bad that part of the group refused to take the bus on the return trip and made other arrangements.
Would never recommend this company to anyone.
